CloudCheckin operates a property management and digital check-in platform ("the Platform") used by hotels, hostels, and other accommodation providers ("Properties"). When you complete a digital check-in, your data is processed both by CloudCheckin and by the Property where you are staying.

Guest registration data is retained for the period required by local law (typically 3–5 years for police registration records). Operational data (reservations, communications) is kept for 2 years after your last stay and then deleted or anonymised.
