Request data deletion

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from the CloudCheckin platform. Submit your request below — we will verify your identity via email and process the request within 30 days.

What will be deleted

  • Your name, email, phone number, and country
  • Your digital check-in registration cards and ID scans
  • Your face recognition data (if collected)
  • Your guest portal access links
  • Any abandoned booking data

What is retained (legal requirement)

  • Reservation dates and booking amounts (financial records)
  • Payment transaction records (tax/accounting compliance)
